How do shop openings work?

While the website remains open year-round, new ear collections are released through scheduled shop openings announced in advance on social media and through email updates.

Ears released during these openings are treated as pre-orders and are handmade after purchase. This allows me to create each pair to order and offer a wider variety of designs.

All opening times are advertised in UK time.

Are your items handmade?

Yes! Every pair of ears is handmade by me in my UK studio. From embroidery to assembly and finishing touches, each order is created with care and attention to detail.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.


Turnaround Times

How long will my order take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the products ordered and the volume of orders currently being processed.

Current turnaround times will always be displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Please note that turnaround time refers to the time required to make your order and does not include shipping transit times.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the postal service and may occasionally experience delays. If your parcel appears significantly delayed, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact me immediately if you notice an address error. Once an order has been dispatched, I am unable to make changes.


Personalised & Custom Orders

Do you offer personalised items?

Many designs can be personalised. Please check individual product listings for available options.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Do you take custom requests?

From time to time I may accept custom requests. Availability varies depending on workload and upcoming collections.

Will the ears fit adults and children?

My ears are designed to fit most adults and older children comfortably.

How should I care for my ears?

To keep your ears looking their best:

  • Store them in a dry place.
  • Avoid crushing or bending decorative elements.
  • Spot clean only if required.
  • Keep away from excessive moisture.

As all items are handmade, slight variations may occur and add to the uniqueness of each piece.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Returns may be accepted on eligible non-personalised items. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to discuss a return.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue so I can help resolve it as quickly as possible.


Loyalty Rewards

How does the loyalty programme work?

Customers can earn points through purchases and other activities. Points can be redeemed against future orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your products officially licensed?

No. EmsyEverafter is an independent small business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Disney or any other brand. All character-inspired products are fan-made creations.

Will sold-out designs return?

Some designs may return in future openings, while others may be retired. Follow social media for updates on restocks and returning favourites.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Please contact me as soon as possible after placing your orders. While I will always try to help, combining orders cannot be guaranteed.
